Get the approved client or configuration file for your device.
Enter the username and password provided by your VPN administrator.
Open your VPN control, select Itani VPN, and start the connection.
Platform instructions
Follow the guide for your device. Keep your issued username and password available.
Enter your username and password only in the VPN client or your device settings. This page never asks for them.
Android setup
The automatic method is recommended. It pre-fills the VPN gateway and connection type.
Use Google Play or F-Droid.
Tap the button above, then open the downloaded .sswan file with strongSwan.
Add the username and password issued by your administrator, then tap Save.
Tap the saved VPN profile. Approve the Android connection request when prompted.
iPhone & iPad setup
The profile adds Itani VPN to your device's native VPN settings.
Tap the button above and allow the configuration profile to download.
Open Settings and tap Profile Downloaded. If it is not shown, open General > VPN & Device Management.
Tap Install, enter your device passcode, and confirm the installation prompts.
Enter the VPN username and password issued by your administrator.
Open Settings > VPN and turn on the Itani VPN connection.
Windows setup
The utility creates the VPN connection in Windows. After that, use the built-in network panel to connect.
Save winprf.exe to your computer.
Open the downloaded file and approve the Windows confirmation prompts.
Add the VPN username and password issued by your administrator, then finish setup.
Select the network icon on the taskbar, open VPN, choose the Itani VPN connection, and select Connect.

Your credentials are issued by the administrator or organization that granted your VPN access. They are not created or recovered on this page.
No credential fields are present on this page. Enter your username and password only in strongSwan, the Apple profile installation flow, or the Windows setup utility.
On Android, open strongSwan and select Disconnect. On Apple devices, turn off VPN in Settings. On Windows, open the taskbar network panel, select VPN, and disconnect.
Try the existing Itani VPN connection first. Reinstall or remove a profile only when instructed by your administrator, especially if your organization manages the device.
